Online Training -- Get fit from home!

We’ve got a variety of online training options to help you reach your goals! Whether you’re looking for personalized programming, online group fitness classes, or 1 on 1 personal training via video, we can help! Monthly memberships starting at $160. Contact us for a free online consultation, and we’ll build an online program just for you!

Nutrition Coaching

1st month: $140
After 1st month, $99 monthly

First month includes initial consultation, food journal review, strategy planning session, and weekly check ins.

Ongoing coaching includes weekly accountability check ins & unlimited email communication with our coaches. 

Hybrid Memberships

Many of our members prefer to do a mix of group classes & personal training. We can create custom memberships based on your preferences and goals. Here’s a real-life example from one of our current members:

8x CrossFit Classes per month ($120)
4x 60 minute Personal Training sessions per month ( $280)
Total monthly: $400

On Ramp

On Ramp is our initial program for new members! It includes four 60-minute one on one personal training sessions with one of our expert coaches. The cost for the program is $199, an $20 per session discount over our regular PT price!
